We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your perfume must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.

No Return or Exchange on Sale Items

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return

We make our products with complete care. If you received a damaged/defective/ Incorrect order then, you can always exchange it and we will issue you a 100% store credit for the purchase price of your order (shipping and discounts aren’t included in this).


Return Conditions

Free returns are available for normal purchased items within 5 days of receipt, provided the return conditions specified below are met.

Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country. Returns will be accepted only if there is any manufacturing defect with the product or mismatch of the product Items returned must be in their unused original condition, and any related sampling pieces and booklets included. Incomplete, damaged, or altered returns or anything we at Riverflow General Trading Co LLC reasonably believe has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. Return charges are not applicable if you met the above conditions

2- Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.

Receiving A Refund

No Refund for cash on delivery orders. Refunds will be accepted only for orders which paid through an online payment method. On RECEIPT of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the bank of your payment method within 15 working days. Working days are Saturday to Thursday excluding UAE public holidays. Please retain your Shipping Note until you have RECEIVED your refund.

Cancellations

In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, then you’re required to inform Riverflow General Trading Co LLC  through email about your cancellation within 24 hours from the time of the order being placed.

Please note*, we are unable to combine orders, change the items, edit your billing and shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.
